Spotless secure accommodation with outstanding staff and spectacular location right in the center of town close to Union Square.

Staff and location were superb, I loved it. It was across the new area. The staff did all they can for a restful stay.

Courteous hotel, everything was brand-new. I had the king room and it was cosy. Wonderful facilities and the pool was well-maintained.

The bed was comfortable and the restaurant was beautiful and had lots of food. Efficient staff at all times. The room was beautifully maintained & good standard. A bath was very cute and everything was fantastic. When it was beautiful outside we relaxed by its very clean pool. Spotless and phenomenal hotel in Downtown San Francisco district;))

The property overall was fairly clean and absolutely gorgeous, had exceptional location and staff. They made my stay perfect 10/10. I loved a standard decor and contemporary furniture. The bed was comfy and there was WiFi. It was conveniently set in a shopping area.

Clean hotel in a favourable location, exceptionally comfortable bed. Neat and quite rooms were available. The atmosphere created here was comfortable. Workers were very very helpful, setting is in 20 minutes' walk to the heart of the city. Public parking was nearby, extraordinary service...

The location is good! Colibri mexican bistro is literally 500 ft away. We totally recommend it to those visiting San Francisco.
